How to get your next chip
Open Floor rank on your card. Under the chart you'll find your next goal and the steps to get there, for example:
Next chip: Purple (rank 120), 32 places away, then Gold (rank 40).
Steps for the next 30 days, compared with the last 30:
- 1 fewer mistake → 6 places up (rank 146)
- 2 fewer mistakes + EVR average 0.5% higher → 14 places up (rank 138)
- 3 fewer mistakes + EVR average 1% higher + 10 ms faster → 33 places up (rank 119) ✓ Purple chip
How to read it
- Each line is one plan. Left of the arrow is what to change; right is how many places it would move you up, and your new place.
- Compared with your own last 30 days. "2 fewer mistakes" means 2 fewer than you made in the last 30 days, not 2 fewer than anyone else.
- ✓ Purple chip means that plan is enough to reach the next chip.
- The top line is the easiest step, the bottom one the biggest. Pick one that feels doable.
Good to know
- Mistakes matter most (50% of your place). A serious mistake, such as a game ended with IR or a cancelled game, counts as two, so avoiding one serious mistake is worth two ordinary ones.
- "ms" means milliseconds per game. 10 ms is one hundredth of a second, so a small change in rhythm.
- These are estimates. They assume everyone else stays the same, but your colleagues are improving too, so aim a little higher than the step says.
EVR
Your average evaluation rating this month. It starts again on the 1st of every month. "—" means you have no evaluation yet this month.
Speed
How long you take per game on average, over the last 30 days. Lower is faster.
Your chip
Shows where you stand on the whole floor, based on your last 30 days. The number on the chip is your rank, for example 152 of 800.

The stack of chips (1 to 5)
How close you are to the next chip. 1 chip means you just got this rank; 5 chips means you're almost at the next one. How many chips can you get?
▲ 8 this week
How many places you moved up (▲) or down (▼) in the last 7 days.
Floor rank
Why you have this chip. Your place comes from three things:
- Accuracy (50%): how few mistakes you make. Serious mistakes count double.
- EVR (30%): your evaluation scores.
- Speed (20%): how fast you deal.
Each bar shows how many colleagues you beat in that area: 75 means you're better than 75% of the floor. The chart shows your place every day for the last 30 days.
Error breakdown
Your mistakes this month, by type. Red means a serious mistake, such as a cancelled game. Point at a line to see when and where it happened.
1:1 notes
Notes from your talks with your team manager. Give each one 1 - 5 stars and a comment if you like. Your TM will not see the rating or the comment, it is for higher up.
